The goods ordered will be dispatched in several stages.
1. Order preparation
When making a purchase, you select your payment method. We will begin preparing your parcel as soon as payment has been credited to our account. The completed order will be handed over to the warehouse for dispatch.
If you place your order by 10.00 am on working days (Monday to Friday), we will dispatch the parcel within 24 hours.

2. Preparation for dispatch
Once we have picked and packed your order, you can start counting down to the arrival of your parcel. We hand over the parcel, ready for dispatch, to the selected courier service, which will handle the delivery.
3. Waiting for delivery
The delivery time to your doorstep depends on the courier service you have chosen. This timeframe is an estimate; you can track the exact location of your parcel in real time on the courier’s website. The parcel usually reaches the customer within 1–2 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery charges in Germany
Delivery is free for orders totalling €40 or more (including VAT). For orders below this amount, the following rates apply:
